Warranty- 1 months manufacturer warranty for manufacturing defects in stiching,pasting and material quality like cracking of leather or sole. Warranty does not include misuse,water damage,sharp object impact,cuts & scrapes,fading and intentional damages. Please keep shoes away from water,snow and fire and use them as luxury shoes are intended to be uses. Accidential damages are not covered in this warranrty

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping for all the purchases of Rs.1000 or more. However, a shipping charge of Rs. 100 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 1000.If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges. On returns initiated for the reasons mentioned below, no refund will be given

for the shipping charges:

1. Size Mismatch
2. Did not like
3. Not required
4. Item delivered late

However, if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on Doc & Marks’ Returns Policy. It is our endeavor to ship all items in your Order together; however, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. There may be restrictions on accepting Orders for delivery in certain pin codes as a product cannot be shipped to those destinations. In such scenarios, the order will not be accepted online, and a message will be sent requesting you to provide an alternate pin code. We would like to bring to your notice that the approximate shipping time is 7days from the day of order.
