RETURN POLICY

We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If the product you have ordered from us, is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, we will accept returns within 72 hours as follows:

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund, within 72 hours from the date on which these goods are delivered.

  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.
  • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.
  • Please contact customer support if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.

RETURNS THROUGH COURIER COLLECTION

The item will be collected from your door within 2-3 days post initiating the pickup request on the website. Please handover the product only upon receiving the receipt of return from the courier collection partner. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the products at our end in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice, failing which return or refund may not be possible.

RETURNS THROUGH COURIER COLLECTION

We will refund the money once we are in receipt of the product in its original nature/condition. The refund shall be in the way the payment was made.

If the payment was by Credit Card /Debit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the respective card account or the Net-banking account Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our warehouse.

Typically refunds are processed in less than 15 working days.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card/ debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank. In case of any delay, it shall be up to the customer to take it up with their respective credit card/ debit card bank with the reference of docandmark.com refund process reference.

SIZING PROBLEM

We are committed to ensure that you receive the size as requested. In the event that you have a sizing issue with the pair received, or you do not like the pair, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, within 72 hours from the date on which these goods are delivered.
