Doc & Mark provides 90 days product guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. A valid sales receipt must be provided to show that the product was purchased within guarantee period. Guarantee shall not be eligible, if products are purchased on sale/discount. We would be glad to exchange, replace with same/equivalent style or repair the product once is inspected and defects caused due to improper usage, normal day to day wear and tear, damage caused by contacts with rough or sharp surfaces, exposure to excessive heat or moisture, unauthorized service. Torero provides lifetime service on workmanship for a fee.
