SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping for all the purchases of Rs.1000 or more. However, a shipping charge of Rs. 70 will be applicable to all orders under Rs.1000.
An additional fee of 100 rupees is applicable for orders placed using Cash on Delivery.
If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.
On returns initiated for the reasons mentioned below, no refund will be given for the shipping charges:
- Size Mismatch
- Did not like
- Required
- Item delivered late
However, if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on Doc & Marks’ Returns Policy.
It is our endeavour to ship all items in your Order together; however, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
There may be restrictions on accepting Orders for delivery in certain pin codes as a product cannot be shipped to those destinations. In such scenarios, the order will not be accepted online, and a message will be sent requesting you to provide an alternate pin code.
We would like to bring to your notice that the approximate shipping time is 7 days from the day of order.

RETURN POLICY
Our commitment to quality extends to every aspect of our business, from the materials we use to the way we treat our customers. - How can customer return/exchange an item?
- Our return and exchange policy allows you to return or exchange products within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support team by email at onlinesales@marknorion.com or phone at 97441 61888. In order to assess the condition of the product, we will need you to send us at least three images of the item. Our team will then guide you through the return process.
Note: Without images of the product, we cannot process a return or exchange request
- Once a return or exchange request has been successfully initiated and all necessary conditions have been met, our team will arrange for a reverse pick-up of the product.
- Products that are in the following conditions are not covered by our return policy
- products that are not returned with all original packaging and accompanying items.
- items that have been worn out or Laundered.
- Products that were obtained through an offer are not eligible for a return.
- Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, certain conditions must be satisfied
- In order to be accepted for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.
- Our exchange policy allows for size exchanges only. You can exchange an item for a different size or a similar size.
- Exchanges will only be allowed if our logistics team is able to service your address for the exchange.
- Exchanges are contingent on the availability of the desired product or size.
- If you are returning the main item that you purchased with a free gift or offer, you'll need to return the free product as well.
- It is not possible to request more than one return or exchange for an order.
- In case any return/exchange request is rejected basis physical quality check our team, the customer is not eligible for the return-refund or exchange request.
REFUND POLICY
How can a customer get their refund?
- Refunds will be processed within 10-12 days after we receive the returned or exchanged items and have notified the customer that they are eligible for a refund request.
- All Refunds for Prepaid orders shall be done in the source account only
- All Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders shall be done in the bank account details provided at the time of placing the refund request
- We would also like to bring it to your kind notice that for purchases made at docandmark.com, no returns or exchanges shall be made at any Doc & Mark's exclusive stores.
- Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card/ debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank. In case of any delay, it shall be up to the customer to take it up with their respective credit card/ debit card bank with the docandmark.com refund process reference.
Note: Shipping or COD fees that were incurred when the order was placed are not eligible for a refund
CANCELLATION POLICY
We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel.
The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
If your order is cancelled after your credit card/debit card or Net Banking has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your respective Credit card/debit card or Net Banking Account.
Cancellation By The Customer
You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our warehouse. We will not be able to cancel the order if it has been processed (shipped) by us. Docandmark.com has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Docandmark.com and accept Docandmark.com decision regarding the cancellation. Any amount paid will be refunded back to the same mode as was chosen by you to make the payment. In case delivery is attempted, we request you to deny acceptance if you do not wish to keep the product.
